Splendour
A collaboration between The Glasgow School of Art's Silversmithing & Jewellery and Fashion & Textiles students. Part of the Armada Portrait Project, the Royal Museums Greenwich, London commissioned the publication with support from The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
I designed the commemorative publication for a print run of 1000. To avoid annotating the rich photography, I created a colour code to distinguish the students’ specialisms and line drawings for each students’ work as a visual index. I worked closely with a local printer to choose substrates, including a metallic foil printed cover to reflect the opulence of the project.
